At Doorbell.ie, owned by NextGen Security Limited, we aim to provide high-quality products and professional installation services. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify:
- Product must be in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Installed or activated smart devices may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty:
- We will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with Irish Consumer Law
- Faults caused by misuse, water damage, or tampering are not covered

3. Installation Refunds
Once installation has been completed, service fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel before installation date:
- Full refund provided if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee

5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection and approval.
